She started Starry Night Vacation Rentals as a creative way to help her clients earn income while their homes were on the market. Starry Night Vacation Rentals mission is to provide personalized service for clients and cabin owners alike. Property management services include marketing and booking reservations on your property. Security deposits and contracts that protect the cabin owner are in place to create a worry free environment for the property owner. SNVR's cleaning service offers the highest quality of standards with detailed checklists provided. Detailed rental statements and checks are mailed by the tenth of every month to property owners. Maintenance and repairs are available through Dee if needed. SNVR handles emergencies quickly and have on call assistance until 9:00 p.m. every day of the week. Business hours are from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. SNVR property management services are a low 35% of cabins rental revenues. SNVR is insured and registered with Fannin County cabin rental businesses. SNVR is a member of the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Tri-City Business Association. SNVR offers a complete cabin maintenance program as well as full scale renovation services with strong references.
